I chose Rose as my Realtor not only because she’s a
friend of mine but also the time working with her at another job, she knows the
ins and outs of purchasing a home. VERY knowledgeable and answered every
question possible for me before I decided to take the jump.
After temptation of wanting to rent an apartment or house, I’ve decided to
purchase a home. Let me tell you as a first time home buyer, I went through ALL
the emotions, the doubts, the confusions and also thought about backing out
because of complications that came up during the process BUT it was not on her
end just to clarify. Rose stuck by my side, talked me through everything to
help me decide what I wanted to do, what would be a better and more realistic

It’s pretty exciting and it’s a nerve wracking process but I cannot thank Rose

me through my emotions and personal stuff I was going through and doing at the
same time. I’ve passed the potential townhouses a few times just driving
through the city and I am TRULY grateful that we didn’t have to go that route.
